Prefabricated Buildings
We provide Prefabricated buildings used as guard booths, scale houses, equipment enclosures, ticket booths, press boxes, parking booths, etc. They are delivered via flatbed and come pre-wired and pre-plumbed from the factory. Each building is custom designed and built to customer specifications.
Delivery of a Durasteel 16'x9' building
Step 1: Our prefabricated buildings are delivered via flatbed trailer.
Crane (or forklift) offloading
Step 2: This 16’x9′ building was offloaded with a crane. Each building comes with lifting lugs in the corners. Depending on the size and weight of the building, many can also be offloaded with a forklift and some even include forklift pockets for booths that need to be frequently relocated.
Anchor and connect power
Step 3: Our buildings come pre-wired. After offloading, just anchor and feed power to the load center.
Custom overhang on a 31'x7' prefab
This customer wanted to keep their employees and customers protected from the elements by including a custom overhang on one side.
HVAC options include ductless mini-split
Customers can choose from thru-wall HVAC or ductless mini-split systems for climate control. We also offer electric heaters.
Indoor wall mounted AC
Ductless mini-split units are efficient and practical solution for temperature control.
Pre-plumbed restroom
We offer pre-plumbed restrooms with lavatory, water closet and instant water heater are plumbed to 12″ deep plumbing chase. Available in ADA and non-ADA compliant sizes.
