This 8’x6′ heavy duty welded steel guard booth has a standing seam roof, 2-color paint, steel swing door, and reveals as a decorative relief on the exterior wall.

This 15’x7′ Durasteel guard booth has Solarban windows, high security steel sliding door, exterior wall reveals and a thru-wall HVAC.
Durasteel guard building with factory applied wall treatment
This custom prefabricated building has factory applied Urestone wall treatment to compliment the end user’s existing job site. Our prefabricated buildings come prewired and preplumbed restrooms are an option.
Interior Finish
Heavy duty welded steel interior and exterior surfaces are completed with a two-part polyurethane paint. Insulated walls, ceiling and floors. 1.5″ sold insulated floor structure with durable aluminum diamond tread plate. Steel or laminated counters, wall heaters, custom cabinetry, and floor cutout access panels are available.
Offload, anchor and power up
Our buildings are delivered via flatbed trailer to your site. Offloading is done with forklift or crane. Lifting lugs are located in each corner of the roof for easy lifting. Booths can also be fitted with forklift pockets for booths requiring frequent relocation.
Clean and functional interior
Clean design, low maintenance, and fully customizable. This building has built in counters, wall heater, multiple pre-wired duplex outlets, data ports, LED lights, sliding window, aluminum tread plate floor. Just offload, anchor and bring power to the preinstalled load center and you are ready for operation.
