The installation process for prefabricated guard buildings is relatively simple and quick.  The booth is delivered to the site on a flatbed trailer.  Offloading can be performed using a forklift or crane, depending on the size and weight of the building.  Lifting lugs are located in the roof corners to facilitate offloading.  The structure is offloaded and anchored on a prepared concrete slab, and then plumbing and/or electrical connections are made.  The buildings come pre-plumbed and prewired.

We sell prefabricated booths made from either aluminum or steel.  All buildings are designed and built to last for many years, with a lifespan measured in decades instead of years.  

yes, prefabricated guard booths can be easily relocated if required.  The is one of the many benefits of prefabricated structures, as them can be moved to a new location without much difficulty.  Some of our booths include forklift pockets if you know relocation will be needed.
